After the enormous hype over the 2005 vintage, Bordeaux is once again the hottest red wine region in France and probably the whole world. Christos recently spent a week there on a study course for wine educators, and so has all the latest news, gossip and information to share. He will be telling us 10 things you never knew about Bordeaux, showing us photos from his trip (including a fascinating visit to one of the coopers), and leading us through a comparative tasting of two vintages of four different wines, which will include Ch. Mouton Bordeaux Superieur, and Ch. Paveil de Luze Cru Bourgeios Margaux.
