Not long until our next tasting and we have some treats in store from some of the finest producers in Australia. We’ll be sniffing out the Shiraz, craving the Cabernet and running up the flag for Riesling. We’ll taste the difference between regions and how age affects what’s in the bottle. It’ll be fun. This

Just in case you haven’t received Nick’s email, our February tasting will now become our March 18th tasting. Renovations at the Forester have taken longer than expected and the pub will not be opening until early March. We hope to see you then for a tasting of some fabulous mature Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines.
