Charlemagne Wine Club has been running for almost 50 years – so we must be doing something right. The club was founded in 1974 by Richard Rogers who ran a wine business in Pitshanger Lane in Ealing and had a particular interest in Burgundian wines. Charlemagne the Great was King of Burgundy – hence the Club’s name.
