For our Christmas tasting we are planning to present a range of seasonal wines with a selection of snacks and nibbles to go with them – to include meats, cheeses, biscuits and sweets.
Not too much presenting, leaving us to chat and relax!
We’re still finalising the wines but I’m planning to include – an English sparkler a German Riesling an Austrian Zierfandler (indigenous white grape) a Rhone red an Italian red a French dessert wine
and possibly a sherry, a Bordeaux red …. it will largely depend on numbers.
